Frequently Asked Questions

You can collect direct payments inside your forms by adding a 'Payment' field. In the field settings, input your UPI ID (VPA) and set a fixed transaction amount (or allow the user to input a custom amount). The system dynamically generates a secure UPI QR code for the user to scan and pay on any UPI app (like GPay, PhonePe, Paytm). Payment goes directly to your bank account with zero platform fees.

Step-by-Step Form Creation

Launch a New Canvas

Login to your account and click the New Form button in the dashboard top navigation banner. Choose whether to start from a completely blank canvas or adopt one of the pre-designed interactive layouts.

Construct Questions & Form Logic

Click Add Question Field. You can drag and choose from 10+ core input fields. For exam-oriented questions, type in KaTeX equations by using standard dollar syntax, e.g. $\sum_{i=1}^n i$ . You can optionally click the microphone button to upload audio files for speech integration.

Enable Timers & Auto-Submit

Open the Settings Panel on the right-hand editor sidebar. Toggle 'Timer Mode' to active. Define the absolute exam duration in minutes. Enable the 'Auto-Submit' checkbox to force collect user answers when the clock expires.

Set Up UPI Payment Fields

To collect bill details or test fees, drag a Payment Field into the form. Enter your primary payment UPI VPA (e.g. `merchant@okaxis`). Enter a fixed amount or select the user-defined amount checkbox.

Publish and Sync Outputs

Click the blue Publish Form button in the top header action row. Copy your short form link or embed the layout inside your landing pages. Click the 'Sync' switch to auto-export incoming form entries to !ce Sheets.

Full Workspace Access

Can configure payment integration accounts, manage organization domains, invite new collaborators, update credit card billing, delete forms, and export raw responses.

Editor

Form Creation & Editing

Can create new forms, customize question lists, toggle timers, configure LaTeX math formulas, write descriptions, view submissions dashboard, and resolve response details.

Viewer

Read-Only Analytics

Can inspect active submissions, read responses logs, analyze dashboards charts, and generate downloadable CSV reports. Cannot alter form content or edit logic.

Create Form / New Form

Primary Action

Starts a blank workspace canvas to build your customized interactive form.

Where to find: Located in the top right corner of the Forms Dashboard. Click to initialize a form.

Toggle Timer Settings

Exam Mode

Configures timed exams, count-down duration, and time-expiration behaviors (like auto-submission).

Where to find: Located in the form's 'Settings' sidebar. Turn on to set duration limit.

LaTeX Math Toggle

Form Editor

Enables dynamic rendering of scientific equations in both questions and choices.

Where to find: Available on individual question cards. Toggle on to support LaTeX formatting.

UPI QR Settings

Billing

Configures payment options, merchant name, and fixed or user-defined amounts.

Where to find: Appears when adding a Payment Field. Setup VPA and click 'Save Integration'.

Add Audio Prompt

Accessibility

Integrates voice descriptions or audio queries directly inside a question field.

Where to find: Click the microhpone icon on a question to upload or record voice files.

Export Responses

Data Sync

Generates a clean CSV file or configures direct live sync to !ce Sheets.

Where to find: Found under the 'Responses' tab. Select format and hit download.

Share & Embed

Publishing

Provides a shortened redirect link (goLink) and iframe code to embed the form on your website.

Where to find: Click 'Publish' or 'Share' in the upper toolbar of the editor.
